Himalayan Monal is a pheasant native to Himalayan forests and shrublands at elevations of 2,100–4,500 m	This beautiful bird flies over the forest canopy either in pairs or in large flocks made up of birds flying in pairs. This beautiful sight makes rainforest more beautiful.	We are fortunate to have the habitat of this elegant bird close by. Aneesh enjoys watching the Great Blue Heron flying. Its part of Aneesh's school work and he is happy with his work	Aneesh has learnt about the different types of penguins and their habitats at school and thought to draw this cute penguin pair.	Aneesh created this on "World Wildlife Day" to raise awareness on endangered species and Rhinos are endangered due to poaching for its horn and habitat loss.
Learning the pencil shades, Aneesh drew this amazing African elephant, he was keen to get the African elephant's distinctive features in his sketch, the flat head, big ears, long tusks and two fingered trunk.	Aneesh did this one as part of the school art lesson.
